1. The service

InteractiveFIRE provides portfolio reporting, performance analysis, fund look-through, activity history, and financial-independence projections using statement data supplied through IBKR Flex Web Service.

InteractiveFIRE cannot place trades or move money. It never requests your IBKR username, password, or two-factor authentication code.

2. Financial information

Information shown by the service is for personal analysis only. It is not a recommendation, solicitation, or substitute for professional advice. Projections apply mathematical assumptions selected by you; they are not forecasts or guarantees. Tax amounts shown are taken from broker reports; the service does not calculate your tax liability or prepare tax returns.

3. Account access

• Authentication uses emailed sign-in codes or registered passkeys. You are responsible for securing your email account and devices.
• Do not share your sign-in credentials. Pro members must be invited through the service.
• You must notify InteractiveFIRE promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Broker connection and data

You authorize the service to use the IBKR Flex token you provide to fetch the reports defined by your Flex Query. The token is encrypted and is deleted when the connection or account is removed. You may revoke it in IBKR at any time.

Portfolio information depends on the completeness, timing, and accuracy of data supplied by IBKR and external market-data providers. Delayed, incomplete, or incorrect source data may produce delayed, incomplete, or incorrect results.

5. Product scope

The service:

• supports Interactive Brokers accounts only;
• reports portfolio values in EUR or USD;
• does not trade, rebalance, transfer funds, or file taxes; and
• does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or permanent retention of features.

6. Plans and pricing

Free supports one broker account and shows your figures combined. Plus supports one broker account and adds risk analysis, fund look-through, contribution planning (next contribution and scenarios), the recurring email digest and self-service CSV export. Pro includes everything in Plus for up to ten accounts, including advisor/family master accounts, and up to five people, and lets you view each account on its own. The planned prices are €18 per year for Plus and €29 per year for Pro. Paid subscriptions are not currently offered.

A shared portfolio is the people and accounts on one plan. If it moves to a smaller plan, data already imported is retained and continues to be updated. Plan limits apply to what may be added.

The first 25 eligible sign-ups receive Pro without charge and retain that entitlement. Everyone after that starts with a 14-day Plus trial; when it ends they move to Free automatically and keep their data. Material pricing changes will be communicated before they take effect.

7. Beta availability

The service is in beta. Features may change, and no service-level or support-response commitment applies. If the service is discontinued, reasonable notice and an opportunity to request your data will be provided where practicable.

Nightly backups are retained for 35 days for disaster recovery. They are not a user archive.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. Access may be suspended where necessary to protect the service, other users, or third-party data. The privacy notice explains deletion and retention.

9. Liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, InteractiveFIRE is not liable for investment decisions, indirect losses, service interruptions, or errors originating in broker or market data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
